At Turkiye Rug, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Since many of our products are specially produced for each customer, we have designed our policies to be transparent, fair, and respectful of your experience.

Order Cancellation

Because each order is custom produced and production begins shortly after the order is placed, we can only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour after order confirmation.

After this period, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (receiver)

Return Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.


Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are also the responsibility of the customer.


Exceptions

Returns and cancellations do not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items not suitable for return due to their nature or hygiene reasons
